Terms of Use
By using RidePose you agree to these terms. Please read them. They keep the community fun and the spots open.
Who can use RidePose
You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission. You're responsible for your account and what's posted from it.
Zero tolerance for abusive content
We don't allow, and will remove, content or users that:
- harass, threaten, bully or target anyone, or use hate speech or slurs;
- include nudity, sexual content or graphic violence;
- promote street racing, takeovers, reckless driving or other illegal activity;
- show other people's private information, or someone's license plate without their permission;
- are spam, scams or someone else's photo posted as your own.
Use Report on any photo or spot, or Block to stop seeing someone. We review reports and act within 24 hours where possible, removing content and banning repeat offenders. Posts reported by several people are hidden automatically while we review them.
Shooting at spots
Spots are suggestions from the community and Google Maps. We don't check whether a spot is legal, safe or open to the public. You're responsible for following the law, obeying posted signs, respecting private property, staying out of traffic and leaving when asked. Never stop or shoot on a highway or active roadway.
Your photos
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give RidePose a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and share it within RidePose and in links to RidePose (for example, share cards and a spot's cover photo) until you delete it. Only post photos you took or have permission to use.
Ads
RidePose is free and supported by ads. Sponsored content is always labeled.
Our rights
We may remove content, suspend accounts or change or stop parts of the service at any time, especially to protect the community.
No warranties
RidePose is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for injuries, tickets, towing, damage or losses related to visiting or photographing a spot, or for content posted by others.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
